Overview
Services Australia is seeking a minimum of 1 EL1 Release Train Engineer to work within an agile environment supporting projects and programs across the organisation.
The Role
The Release Train Engineer works in an agile environment to ensure projects and programs deliver value. This includes:
- Coordinating with stakeholders
- Escalating blockages
- Championing improvement
- Exercising a considerable degree of independence, with decision-making substantially dependent on high-level judgement and consideration of wider agency implications
- Performing work under the general guidance of senior staff
- Performing a leadership role, driving innovation and change in workplace practice
- Organising work in the context of competing priorities and strategic direction
