Expression of Interest Community Activation and Use of a Section of the Mansfield Botanic Park

Mansfield Shire Council is inviting expressions of interest from community groups, not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises, educational institutions and suitably qualified operators to propose the activation, management and use of a designated section of Council-owned land within the Mansfield Botanic Park precinct.

Purpose

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to invite proposals for the activation, management and use of Council-owned land located at Lot 1 TP6485 & Lot 2 TP6485, 71 Mansfield-Whitfield Road, Mansfield. Council seeks proposals that deliver community benefit and contribute positively to social, cultural, environmental, educational, recreational and wellbeing outcomes for the Mansfield community.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Activation, management and use of the designated section of land within the Mansfield Botanic Park precinct
• Delivery of outcomes contributing to social, cultural, environmental, educational, recreational and wellbeing benefits for the Mansfield community
