Overview
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking 1 x EL1 Test Manager (Test Lead) to be engaged as a Labour Hire Worker.
The Role
The EL1 Test Lead is accountable under broad direction to undertake work with a high level of complexity and/or sensitivity that delivers quality outcomes across the ICT support service functions of the NDIA.
The EL1 Test Lead (Labour Hire) is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and, where required, will represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to advance the NDIA's interests across a range of forums.
Eligibility
- As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement, the NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only
- Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check
- Applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD: labour hire licences are required in the state in which specified personnel are being contracted

The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates who do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
