This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an open invitation to suitably qualified contractors to register their interest in acting as Main Contractor for structural remediation, window replacement, and carpet and vinyl replacement works at Rutherford College.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Structural remediation for Block B
  • Window replacement for Block B and Block C
  • Carpet and vinyl replacement for Block B, Block C, Block CA, Block R and Block F

Contractor Requirements

  • Tenderers must be suitably qualified contractors to submit a Registration of Interest for this opportunity
