Overview
Takapuna Primary School, on behalf of the Ministry of Education (NZ), is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified main contractor to undertake refurbishment and fit-out works to the Block 1 classroom and withdrawal space, along with associated weatherboard cladding remedial works.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Refurbishment and fit-out of the Block 1 classroom and withdrawal space
- Internal re-configuration and finishes upgrades
- Electrical works
- Weatherboard cladding remedial works and external cladding repairs
- Delivery of works on a live, operating school site
