Overview
Albury City Council is seeking contractors to join the AlburyCity Building Works Delivery Panel to undertake building maintenance, renewals, upgrades and small capital projects.
Scope
Panel members may provide some or all of the following services:
- General building, carpentry, joinery and cabinetry
- Plastering and masonry works
- Flooring and tiling
- Painting and handyman services
- Trade supervisory and project management
Contractor Requirements
Contractors can nominate to be either or both of the following types:
- Type 1, Specific trade: Single/specialist trade for scheduled and reactive repairs and maintenance
- Type 2, Principal contractor: Provision and management of multiple trades for minor building projects and facility upgrades
Instructions to Tenderers
The primary benefit of being a panel member is that you are pre-qualified. As a result, panel members will:
- Receive priority invitations to submit quotations
- Benefit from a simpler process for providing quotations and appointment
