Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking to establish a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (RPQS) under a Standing Offer Arrangement for the buy-back, collection, transport and recycling of densified Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) balls.

The scope includes:

  • Buy-back of densified Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) balls
  • Collection of densified Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) balls
  • Transport of densified Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) balls
  • Recycling of densified Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) balls
