Tender Description
Overview
The Board of Trustees at Newfield Park School, on behalf of the Ministry of Education (NZ), is seeking suitably qualified main contractors to submit a Request for Tender (RFT) for the upgrade of toilets, heating and switchboards across multiple buildings at the school.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Toilets, heating and switchboards upgrade works to Buildings A, B, C, E, H, I, J, 2, 3 and CW1 at Newfield Park School
- Delivery of the complete and detailed solution as specified in the plans and specifications included in the tender documents
Contractor Requirements
- Sufficient capability and capacity to complete the contract works
- Sensitivity to the requirements of working on an educational site
