Overview
The Limehills School Board of Trustees is seeking an experienced main contractor to complete internal remodelling works to the student and staff toilets at Limehills School, on behalf of the Ministry of Education (NZ).
Scope
The scope includes:
- Ceiling and wall linings
- Floor coverings
- New internal partitions
- New bathroom fixtures and fittings
- Associated mechanical, electrical and painting make good reinstatement
- Provision for Portaloo hire and emptying for any work to student toilets carried out during school term operating hours
Contractor Requirements
- Experience as a main contractor undertaking internal remodelling works
