Overview
Breese Pitt Dixon, on behalf of Stockland (SCP Lyra), invites suitable WC1 and WC2 Yarra Valley Water Accredited Contractors, and those willing to be accredited, to tender for watermains works as part of the Lyra Estate Lithgow Street project within the municipality of Mitchell.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Installation of 203m of DN500 PE recycled water main
- Installation of 737m of DN280 PE recycled water main
- Installation of 207m of DN180 PE recycled water main
- Installation of 753m of DN280 PE drinking water main
- Installation of 205m of DN180 PE drinking water main
Contractor Requirements
- WC1 and WC2 Yarra Valley Water accreditation, or willingness to become accredited
