Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (NT) is seeking a contractor to carry out general plumbing, gas fitting and roofing repairs and maintenance in the Katherine Region, Central Area, for a period of 36 months.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • General plumbing repairs to fixtures and fittings
  • Replacement of plumbing fixtures and fittings
  • Servicing of pressure pumps
  • Servicing of hydro boil type hot water units
  • Servicing of solar hot water units and the like
  • Testing and reporting on thermostatic mixing valves
  • Servicing of backflow valves, sewer and sullage waste collection and disposal
  • Gas fitting repairs and new works
  • General roof repairs and maintenance

All services are to be delivered on an as and when required basis and/or as part of a repetitive maintenance or cyclic maintenance programme where required.
