Overview
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking a Principal Engineer (EL2) to lead highly complex initiatives that drive quality outcomes across the NDIA.
The Role
The Principal Engineer operates under broad direction and is expected to:
- Lead highly complex initiatives that drive quality outcomes across the NDIA
- Apply a high level of autonomy and expertise to advanced problem-solving and issue management within the organisation's core functions
- Make strategic decisions and provide high-level advice and support to senior leadership
- Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders and the local full-stack team to support and enhance project development within the NDIA
- Manage critical internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to promote the agency's objectives across various forums
