Glen Eira City Council is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to provide and operate two vending machines at Caulfield Town Hall, delivering convenient access to a suitable range of food and beverages for Council staff, visitors and members of the public using the facilities.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision and operation of two vending machines at Caulfield Town Hall
• Installation of the vending machines
• Stocking of the vending machines with a suitable range of food and beverages
• Servicing of the vending machines
• Ongoing operation of the vending machines under a formal contractual arrangement

Contractor Requirements

• Provision of a reliable, accessible and well-maintained vending machine service
