Cleaning of Council Buildings and Public Toilets

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Victor Harbor is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide cleaning services for Council buildings, community facilities and public toilets throughout the Council area.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Routine cleaning of Council buildings, community facilities and public toilets
• Consumable replenishment
• Opening of designated public toilets
• Emergency and ad hoc cleaning services
• Associated reporting requirements

Purpose

The procurement will ensure Council facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and presentation, whilst achieving value for money and compliance with Council's operational, WHS, environmental and security requirements.
