Overview
Dubbo Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for appointment to a panel for the provision of project management services.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of project management services to Dubbo Regional Council under an approved panel arrangement
- Availability to be engaged by any business unit, department, or functional area of Council during the term of the panel
Contract Terms and Conditions
- This is an Open Panel Contract establishing a selected list of approved project management organisations to undertake the scope requirements
- The panel will operate for an initial term of three (3) years, with one option available to the Principal to extend the panel for a further period of up to two (2) years
- The Principal retains the right, under the Conditions of Contract, to accept new suppliers during the contract period following an additional public tender process
- Appointment to the panel does not guarantee any minimum volume or value of work
- Council may engage one or more panel suppliers at its discretion throughout the term of the panel
