Overview
BOC, a member of The Linde Group, is seeking a contractor to carry out asbestos roof removal and reroofing works at its Melbourne Operations site in Preston.

Scope
The scope includes:
- Removal of the remaining asbestos roofing on the High Bay sections of the Melbourne Operations site (the lower-level roofing was replaced approximately 20 years ago)
- Reroofing of the High Bay sections
- Replacement of the box guttering
- Replacement of one asbestos-cladded wall
- Replacement of cracked glazed windows
Contractor Requirements
- These works are considered safety critical and involve working at height
- Special safety equipment, tools, tackles and manlifts, etc. are required to carry out the works
