Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Housing and Works (WA) is seeking a contractor to undertake HVAC, roof and ceiling works to U Block at Central Regional TAFE Geraldton, on behalf of the Department of Training and Workforce Development.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • HVAC works to U Block
  • Roof works to remediate rust and rectify roof leaks
  • Replacement of water damaged ceilings

A site visit will be held at Central Regional TAFE, Geraldton Campus, 175 Fitzgerald St, Geraldton.
