Wellington Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors to submit tenders for the Culvert Renewal project.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Earthworks
- Drainage culvert renewal works
- Culvert replacements
- Headwall renewals
- Pavement construction

- Required date for Practical Completion: 29 January 2027
Instructions to Tenderers
Tender documents are available via the eProcure portal. Tenderers must register with Council to access the documents at www.eprocure.com.au/wellingtonshirecouncil.
Tenders must be submitted electronically through the eProcure portal no later than 2:00 pm Wednesday, 16 September 2026. Late submissions, facsimile, or hard copy tenders will not be accepted.
Wellington Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
