Overview
Regional Procurement (NSW) is seeking a provider of legal services to participating Councils on an as required basis.
Purpose
Legal services are required for participating Councils for a period of 36 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with provision for a possible 2 x 12 month extension.
Scope
The scope includes provision of legal services in the following categories of law:
- Major Transactions
- Commercial Law
- Property Law
- Planning and Environment Law
- Employment and Industrial Relations and Work Health and Safety Law
- Government, Regulatory and Administrative Law
- Litigation and Inquiries
- Debt Recovery
- Banking, Finance and Taxation Law
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Contract period of 36 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029
- Provision for a possible 2 x 12 month extension
