⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main contractor for the refurbishment of the existing Auditorium building at Rangitoto College, comprising the Main Hall, Foyer, stairs, control room and plant room.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Refurbishment of the Auditorium building, including the Main Hall, Foyer, stairs, control room and plant room
  • Safety upgrades to the mezzanine seating and balustrades
  • Strengthening of the foyer floor
  • Upgrade to LED lighting, funded by 5YA
  • Upgrade to the HVAC system
  • Rearrangement of the foyer stairs
  • Internal refresh, funded by the school Board of Trustees
