Overview
The City of Kingston is seeking a Safety Contractor to provide on-site safety services for its major events, Spring Fair, Carols by Kingston, and Mordi Fest.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of on-site Safety officer/s from commencement of the festivals
- Delivery of Safety inductions
- Review and sign off of Safe Work Method Statements
Instructions to Tenderers
- Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time; sufficient time should be allowed for lodging the submission, as late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances
- All RFQ clarification questions must be submitted no later than two (2) days prior to the tender closing date
- All RFQ related queries must be submitted via the online forum
