The City of Greater Dandenong is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors for the Ross Reserve Athletics Pavilion Bathroom Renovation project, involving female friendly changerooms.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Demolition of existing amenities
  • Asbestos-related works
  • Plumbing works
  • Electrical works
  • Waterproofing works
  • Tiling works
  • Installation of partitions, fixtures, and finishes
  • Associated building works required to refurbish the existing bathroom facilities

Contractor Requirements

  • Relevant experience undertaking similar public facility refurbishment projects

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • The contract will be administered under AS 2124-1992 Major Works conditions
