Scope
The scope includes:
- Advisory, facilitation and embedded support services for strategic AI enablement, operating model and organisational capability initiatives
- Support for future-state planning
- Support for organisational design
- Stakeholder engagement
- Support for governance considerations
- Translation of strategic objectives into practical business outcomes
- Support for analysis, option development, decision-making and implementation planning
- Working collaboratively with Agency stakeholders as a trusted adviser and constructive challenger, complementing internal capability
