Overview
The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (NT) is seeking to establish a panel contract for building repairs and maintenance services across all Government buildings in the Tennant Creek region for a period of 36 months.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Repair, replacement and maintenance of building fabric and associated components
- Repairs to doors, windows, walls, ceilings, floors, roofing, fixtures and fittings
- Rectification of damage, deterioration and building defects
