Overview
Selwyn District Council is seeking an experienced main contractor to deliver temporary accommodation and associated infrastructure to enable the continued operation of the Leeston Medical Centre during construction works.
Purpose
The works are intended to bring the facility into compliance with current Building Code requirements and relevant regulatory standards.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Delivery of temporary accommodation and associated infrastructure to enable continued operation of the Leeston Medical Centre during construction works
- Demolition of the former Leeston Library and Services Centre
- Minor internal refurbishments to the medical practice building
- Seismic strengthening of the medical practice building
- Weatherproofing upgrades to the medical practice building
- Re-roofing of the medical practice building
