⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a contractor to carry out the refurbishment and upgrade of Block 3 at Riverview Primary School.

Scope

The works involve lifecycle replacement of many elements within the Block and general refurbishment works to address condition, functionality, and compliance requirements.

The scope includes:

  • Layout alterations
  • New internal finishes, including wall coverings, floor coverings, and ceilings
  • New plumbing fixtures
  • Cabinetry replacements
  • Internal door joinery installation
  • Associated electrical and plumbing works
  • Concrete works
  • Drainage works
