Provision of Cleaning Services to Rous County Council

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Rous County Council is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services across several of its facilities. The sites will be awarded as Separable Portions and tenderers are not required to tender for all sites.

Scope

The scope includes provision of cleaning services at the following sites:

• Gallans Road Facilities
• Nightcap Water Treatment Plant
• Emigrant Creek Dam
• Rocky Creek Dam Park
• Woodburn Flood Mitigation Facilities

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Duration: 36 months, from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2029
• Extension option: 1 x 24-month extension option

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection

All prospective tenderers must attend a mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting, followed by a compulsory visit to all sites.

Instructions to Tenderers

The downloadable documents do not currently contain the Tender Specification, Conditions of Contract, and Returnable Schedules. These documents will be issued as Addenda by Tuesday 11 August 2026. This tender was published in advance to allow sufficient notice for prospective tenderers to plan travel to the Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Visit.
