Tender Description
Overview
Whakaata Māori invites proposals from suitably qualified respondents to become the Strategic Advisory Partner for the development of the Detailed Business Case for the Digital Transformation Programme.
Purpose
The Detailed Business Case is intended to support future Government investment decisions and prepare the organisation for the next phase of digital transformation.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Leading development of the Detailed Business Case in accordance with Treasury Better Business Case methodology
- Providing strategic, commercial, financial, and implementation planning expertise to support the Digital Transformation Programme
Contractor Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively as an extension of the programme team
- Specialist capability required to develop a robust investment proposal
