Overview
Muswellbrook Shire Council currently has an active Trade Services Panel for Building Trade Services and Water and Waste Water Services (2023-2024-0599), established in 2024. Council is seeking a Panel refresh in accordance with special condition 19.4 of the Contract, which allows Council to refresh the Panel. Council is seeking tenders from experienced and qualified contractors with the intention of adding contractors to the Categories for Building Trade Services and Water and Waste Water Services.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Addition of contractors to the Building Trade Services category of the Panel
- Addition of contractors to the Water and Waste Water Services category of the Panel
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Panel refresh basis: In accordance with special condition 19.4 of the Contract
- Contract award: September 2026
- Commencement of works/services: As required
Tender Briefing and Site Inspection
A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held for this opportunity. Attendance is mandatory.
