Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Muswellbrook Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design finalisation and construction of the Campbell's Corner Redevelopment Project in Muswellbrook.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Refurbishment of the vacant retail space within the Campbells Corner building, formerly occupied by the IGA Supermarket
  • Provision of purpose-built Council Chambers and a Boardroom within the refurbished space
  • Repurposing of the remaining area as a fresh produce supermarket
  • Construction of a new entry from Bridge Street
  • Modifications to the existing vacant café tenancy

A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site inspection has been scheduled.
