Verge and Horse Trail Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Clarence City Council is inviting tenderers to perform annual verge and horse trail maintenance services for the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 spring/summer seasons at the locations set out in the tender attachments.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Verge and horse trail maintenance at the locations set out in the Attachments
• At least one cut of grass per spring/summer season within the specified areas, being at least two cuts in total across the two seasons
• Additional cuts as directed by Council in its sole discretion, depending on growing conditions
• Additional work as required by Council, beyond the annual minimum maintenance work

Contractor Requirements

• Tenderers must note the requirements as to areas to be mown set out in the 'Final Comments' column in Attachment No. 1
• Tenderers must provide details of the rates at which they are prepared to carry out additional work required by Council
