Overview
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is seeking 2 Systems Trainers to support the Indigo Program. Each Systems Trainer will report to the Training Manager within the Indigo Change Management Team.
About
The Indigo Change Management Team provides change, communications, training, and transition support to the Indigo Program through an embedded team structure. The training capability within the Indigo Change Management Team consists of a Training Manager and supporting Systems Trainers, who will collectively shape the direction of training and capability uplift for a strategically significant transformation program.
The Role
The Systems Trainer will play a key role in delivering training outcomes for the Indigo Program, working closely with the broader Change Management Section and Agency Training teams to support the development and delivery of targeted learning solutions that enable successful adoption of new systems and ways of working.
The scope includes:
- Supporting the Training Manager by planning and executing the training strategy for the Program
- Acting as the link between the program and business, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Developing fit for purpose training materials to support adoption
- Creating and supporting the delivery of tailored training materials and strategies that enhance people's capabilities and drive adoption
Role Requirements
- Must hold an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement
