Vivid Sydney Fire Kitchen - 2027, 2028, 2029

Destination NSW is delivering the Vivid Fire Kitchen as part of the 2027, 2028 and 2029 Vivid Sydney festival, a major public event that attracts significant local, interstate and international visitation to Sydney. Vivid Fire Kitchen is a large-scale food and live fire cooking experience, combining culinary programming, live demonstrations, entertainment, production infrastructure and public engagement activities.

Purpose

The procurement is intended to engage an experienced supplier with the capability to deliver safe, high-quality and seamlessly integrated event services that meet the operational, technical and stakeholder requirements of the program.

Scope

The event requires specialist food and beverage management, event production and creative delivery services to support the design, installation, operation and presentation of the precinct. The scope includes:

• Coordination of culinary vendors
• Provision and management of kitchen and service infrastructure
• Management of audience flow
• Front-of-house operations
• Delivery of a cohesive event aesthetic reflecting the immersive and premium experience of Vivid Fire Kitchen across the event period
