Overview
Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Wells Parade, Blackmans Bay.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Supply of all materials, plant, and labour, and any other services, costs, and fees necessary to undertake the works
- Rehabilitation and reconstruction of approximately 250m of local street road pavement
- Construction of footpaths
- Construction of kerb and gutter
- Associated minor civil works
