Overview
Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors for the Sirius Dr to Huntingfield Park & Ride Footpath project, involving the construction of a shared path and associated works.
Scope
The scope includes supply of all materials, plant, labour, and any other services, costs and fees necessary to undertake:
- Construction of a shared path
- Earthworks
- Drainage improvements
- Tree removal and protection works
- Service investigations and relocations
- Rehabilitation works
- All associated activities necessary to complete the project in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications
Contractor Requirements
- The successful tenderer will be appointed as Principal Contractor for the coordination and delivery of these works

A pre-tender meeting will be held on site at the Huntingfield Park & Ride.
