Maintenance of Parks and Reserves

Upper Hutt City Council is seeking a contractor for the ongoing maintenance of parks and reserves throughout Upper Hutt City. This is a Lump Sum Contract covering the supply of all materials, labour and plant required for the works.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of all materials, labour and plant required for the works
• Ongoing inspection of gardens, bush areas, walking tracks and open areas at various parks and reserves throughout Upper Hutt City
• Operation of gardens, bush areas, walking tracks and open areas at various parks and reserves throughout Upper Hutt City
• Repair of gardens, bush areas, walking tracks and open areas at various parks and reserves throughout Upper Hutt City
• Maintenance of gardens, bush areas, walking tracks and open areas at various parks and reserves throughout Upper Hutt City

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Initial contract period of three (3) years
• Two (2) optional one-year extensions available at the sole discretion of the Principal, subject to satisfactory Contractor performance
