Overview
The Department of the Treasury (ACT) is seeking experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Project Manager(s) to lead the delivery of ICT projects and service management initiatives.
The Role
Project Managers plan and manage the delivery of projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering ICT projects and service management initiatives on time and within budget, leading the planning, execution and delivery of ITSM and broader digital transformation projects that improve ICT services, business processes, and operational outcomes.
The role includes:
- Applying recognised project management methodologies to deliver successful project outcomes
- Supporting continual service improvement
