Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Perth is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) to engage a contractor for the removal of two existing lifts and the supply and installation of replacement machine room-less (MRL) lifts for duplex Lifts 1-2 at the Roe Street Car Park.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Removal of the two existing lifts (duplex Lifts 1-2) at the Roe Street Car Park
  • Supply and installation of replacement machine room-less (MRL) lifts for duplex Lifts 1-2
  • Retention of the existing landing entrances and sills
  • Installation of new stainless steel doors
  • Addition of Advanced Modular Door (AMD) header packages
