Overview
Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the construction of the Regents Park Amy Street Precinct Upgrade.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Construction of the Regents Park Amy Street Precinct Upgrade
- Supply of all materials, tools, equipment, and consumables required for the work
- Provision of labour and supervision to complete the work
Contract Terms and Conditions
- The work will be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis, in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules
- Contract: GC21
- Applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract
Tender Briefing and Site Inspection
All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing and inspection.
