Overview
Services Australia is seeking a minimum of 1 EL2 Lead Systems Analyst to support Solution Design activities across its ICT application services.
Purpose
This engagement is part of the agency's planning for Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) migration off SAP ECC6.
The Role
Systems Analysts translate business requirements into technical requirements that align with relevant architectures.
Solution Design describes the function of designing and delivering new functional solutions and providing ongoing operational support for ICT solutions.
Senior Solution Design Managers (EL2) are responsible for driving competitive advantage for the agency, helping to define and articulate the strategy for a designated industry or solution area. They are responsible for the delivery of all ICT application services necessary to achieve strategic objectives and lead the deployment of future functionality and enhancements to existing ICT solutions.
Senior Solution Design Managers operate with a significant degree of independence and work under the broad guidance of a National Manager to deliver quality outcomes. They operate with a high level of autonomy, with decision-making highly dependent on their own judgement. In performing a leadership role, Senior Solution Design Managers identify and drive innovation, manage and lead change, and have an active role in contributing to and implementing the agency's strategic direction.
