Network Installation Q4 Repurposing Project

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Housing and Works (DHW) is seeking to engage an ICT Service Provider to design, supply, install and support a network solution at its Q4 Repurposing Project, namely Lot 1, 10 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth (the Property), known as Q4.

Purpose

The intent of this procurement is to obtain detailed, structured and commercially robust submissions from vendors that address the delivery of a network for a residential building comprising 211 dwellings, in addition to staff and common area services.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Design of a network solution for the Q4 Repurposing Project
• Supply of network equipment and associated materials
• Installation of the network solution
• Ongoing support of the network solution
• Delivery of the network for a residential building comprising 211 dwellings
• Delivery of the network for staff and common area services

Site Inspection

A site visit will be held at 10 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth, Perth on 24 July 2026 at 3:00 PM. An opportunity will be provided to walk through the Property at the following timeframes, allowing 1 hour:

• Proposed Inspection Timeslot 1: 3:00pm Friday 24 July 2026
• Proposed Inspection Timeslot 2: 3:00pm Monday 27 July 2026

Please confirm your proposed inspection timeslot and attendee numbers by emailing Luca Peterson at lpeterson@bridge42.com.au. An invitation will be issued to your team accordingly to ensure attendance numbers may be managed safely in a live construction site. Access to the site visit will not be provided if attendance is not confirmed in advance.

An additional site walkthrough of the property will be made available upon request. Please email Luca Peterson (Project Manager) at lpeterson@bridge42.com.au to schedule a walkthrough. An invitation will be issued to your team accordingly to ensure attendance numbers may be managed safely in a live construction site. Access to the site visit will not be provided if attendance is not confirmed in advance.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is to be worn by all attendees, including safety boots, a high-visibility vest/shirt, long pants and a long shirt.
