Tender Description
Overview
The Sisters of Compassion Group is seeking to procure a contractor or multiple contractors to provide grounds and landscape maintenance services across multiple portfolios and sites, notably Upper Hutt, Horowhenua, and Island Bay, under a refreshed and more formalised scope and pricing basis.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Lawn maintenance
- Hard-surface and vegetation control
- Garden maintenance
- Hedges and pruning
- Pest and disease control, where applicable
- Planting and refurbishment allowances
- Minor tree maintenance, for trees up to 3.5 m (larger tree works are excluded and separately procured)
- Management, reporting, and performance response

- Contract term commencing October 2026
