Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Whanganui District Council is looking to partner with a Healthy Homes approved installer to provide healthy homes compliant heating sources for council owned housing.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Conducting a full assessment of 193 council housing units
  • Bulk procurement of appropriate heat pumps
  • Project management of the installation of heat pumps across the units
  • Provision of Healthy Homes certification and documentation for each unit, as required by the Healthy Homes Act

Contractor Requirements

  • Must be a Healthy Homes approved installer
