This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Seeking a Senior Change Manager to help implement processes, tools, and techniques to manage the people side of change to achieve required business outcomes and support the ongoing development of change management capability within the Agency.
It is a 12 month requirement,
- Perform business impact analysis to evaluate the actual impact of changes to assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation strategies, and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Design and implement change management tools for project teams to use that enhance their change management capabilities to align to framework defined.
- Identify and support points of resistance whilst ensuring a tailored approach to each stakeholder.
- Provision of planning advice on capacity to change and options to optimise sequencing of implementation of change.
