Overview
Colac Otway Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced parties interested in providing catering services at the Colac Regional Saleyards.
Purpose
The purpose of this EOI is to identify suitable operator/s who can provide quality food and beverage services during stock sales days and potentially on other days, enhancing the overall experience for visitors and stakeholders.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of catering services at the Colac Regional Saleyards during stock sales days
- Potential provision of catering services on other days as required
