Tender Description
Overview
Grampians Wimmera Mallee Water Corporation (GWMWater) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the supply and installation of replacement penstock gates located at Fyans Creek Road.
This contract comprises the design, supply and installation of penstock gates to be retrofitted to suit the existing weir structure at the Fyans Creek Road crossing of Fyans Creek.
Scope
The principal activities under this contract include:
- Provision of necessary insurances, SWMS, OH&S documents, permits and traffic management plans
- Provision of "For Construction" and "As Constructed" drawings for the proposed design
- Necessary site preparation, including appropriate site access and temporary diversion of Fyans Creek
- Removal and disposal of existing radial gates, actuators and all associated parts and fittings as required
- Procurement, supply and installation of new penstock style gates, along with any necessary adjustment or replacement of the existing gantry structure
- Testing, commissioning and site reinstatement
