The Data Migration Lead plays a critical role in delivering TEQcore, TEQSA’s transformation of its legacy Microsoft Dynamics on-premises CRM to a modern case management system built on Salesforce Public Sector Solution.
The role is responsible for leading the preparation, cleansing, and structuring of data for migration to the new system. As the new platform is implemented, the role will ensure data integrity, governance, and business alignment are embedded into system design and delivery.
The role works closely with business areas, technical teams, and delivery partners to ensure that data is accurate, trusted, well-governed, and fit for purpose. It supports business areas to adapt to new data structures and operating models, ensuring the platform delivers meaningful improvements in efficiency, insight, and regulatory capability.
This is a hands-on role requiring both technical depth and strong transformation capability. It operates across legacy and future-state environments simultaneously, ensuring continuity today while building the foundation for a modern, scalable, data-driven organisation. This role reports to the TEQcore Program Manager.
