Scheduling and rostering of adequately skilled and trained staff to ensure the safe and orderly parking of vehicles.

Protection and maintenance of the building, fixtures, and assets to safeguard the sustainability and integrity of Queen Victoria Market.

Planning and execution of parking activities to preserve the market assets.

Provision of staff to support car park management during the Markets special event program.

It is anticipated that a single commercial organization or consortium will be awarded the contract to provide all required services.
