The GUIDE Program Change Lead is responsible for leading the change strategy and delivery across the full GUIDE program, ensuring change activity is coordinated, practical, and aligned to program outcomes and business priorities.
The role leads business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption across GUIDE. It provides strategic direction on how change is planned, sequenced, and embedded across delivery streams to support successful implementation and lasting business outcomes.
