Allied health analysis and assessment for students in Out of home care

⁠⁠⁠The department is seeking Educational Needs Analysis (ENA) and Allied Health Assessments (AHA) for students in in Out of Home Care (OoHC) at government schools, Catholic Schools or independent schools across Victoria between September 2026 and December 2027. This 15-month period allows for a program establishment period of three months which will enable the provider to onboard staff and plan for implementation in 2027. There is an option of 2 x one-year extensions to December 2029.

The requirement includes working with the school to develop their understanding of the needs of the student and building the school’s capacity to implement a trauma informed approach to supporting the student. The ENA/AHA must be strengths based and aspirational, include any assessments required to support student educational engagement, and reflect student voice.
